Individual Session on LOCATION
This session can be taken in the gym, track or any sports field that is available and accessible. Think smoke machines, actions shots or anything our creative minds can think of!

Signature Team Session
This session is a structured and professionally guided photo shoot where the photographer provides specific poses tailored to fit the template design selected by the client. Each pose is thoughtfully directed to ensure a cohesive and polished final product that aligns perfectly with your chosen design. Location of session will be discussed during consultation.
$50 per athlete, coach and/or staff
Please let us know the total number of athletes, coaches and staff that will be included in the TEAM photos so we can give you the total cost.

Team Media Day Session
Unlike the traditional Team and Individual Sessions, Media Day team photos allow the talent to showcase their personality and creativity through dynamic, fun, and relaxed poses. This session encourages the team to have fun and capture memorable moments, including group shots with teammates and candid interactions. These photos are perfect for promotional campaigns, marketing materials, and social media, providing versatile, eye-catching content to highlight your team’s unique energy and camaraderie. Location will be discussed during consultation.

Is a down payment required and how do I we pay?
A 50% down payment is required to secure the date. The balance is due on or before the day of the session. We accept cash, check or credit card. Down payment is refundable if session is cancelled 7 or more before the session date.
Images will be posted on the gallery 14 days or less after the session and the link will also be sent to you via email
What should I prepare?
Professional Hair and Makeup is recommended. I recommend calling a few days prior to the day of your portrait session and set an appointment at least 2 hours before your session.
To bring value to your sports images, wear your school uniform. Include your home and away uniforms and bring all related sports equipment(s).
How do I choose a template?
We will send you a link to a page where you will choose your template(s) for the specific sport.
Where will the session be?
At this time all Team and Individual sessions are photographed on location. Specific location will be discussed during booking consultation. Examples of preferable locations: school gym, football field, tennis courts, track field, baseball field, etc. Additional travel fee will be added, see below.
Do you have a studio?
We are currently in the process of building our studio. So at this time any “in studio” sessions needs to be planned in advance and therefore we would need to find an available space for the session.
For TEAM photos, is it better if all the talents do it on the same day and timeframe?
Yes, please! However, if there are more than 10 talents, we prefer doing batches of groups in different timeframes within the scheduled photo shoot session. We can discuss it more in our consultation.
What if, for example, a player or two cannot make it on TEAM photo shoot day?
There will be an additional fee of $25 per talent if taken on a separate day.
What should we expect?
Please come prepared in uniform so we can start right away. The Signature photo sessions will all be taken in front of a backdrop and then photoshopped with your chosen pose(s) and template(s).
Team photos are taken with 1 uniform outfit only and each talent should not take more than 3 minutes.
What is your availability?
Sports team and individual sessions can start anywhere between the hours of 10am to 7pm, Monday to Wednesday and Friday for indoor session. Please inquire for possible weekend dates available. Outdoor sessions can depend on location and actual time will be discussed for the perfect lighting.
